this is what my very first college roommate, Louise aka "wheezy" (an elderly woman who let me live in her splendid home and help her with chores for free rent), made for me my first semester @ K-State and I loved it (minus the raisins she threw in, but you are more than welcome to add them if you wish, and/or some walnuts or pecans for texture)

Husband makes these for me too! Just throws them in the toaster oven with butter & brown sugar. Delish!
